Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to [10] SMS messages per week related to “appointment scheduling, case updates, and/or billing inquiries, etc.”
Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding appointment scheduling, case updates, and/or billing inquiries.”

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone service provider’s pricing plan. These rates may vary depending on whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-in Method:
To receive SMS messages from ‘’Vision Services’’, you can subscribe by submitting an online form.
Opt-out Method:
At any time, you may stop receiving SMS messages from ‘’Vision Services’’. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. You can also contact us directly by calling 888-812-9464 to request removal from our messaging list.
